Shipping Policy -
FEDEX(Most Products): We ship most of our products via FedEX. We reserve the right to substitute a different carrier if similar service is offered. All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow a little extra time for your bike to arrive, we take care in our packing and shipping. Please remember we are not shipping t-shirts, it takes a little longer.
All bikes are shipping in their original factory cartons unless we find they are not in good condition.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DEADLINES -
USPS Shipping to a physical US street address: All purchases for in stock products ordered by 11:59 p.m. ET Dec. 14 are guaranteed to arrive by Dec 22nd to addresses within the Continental US. Some addresses may have a later deadline, call (269)756-2000 to verify delivery dates. If your item is not in stock you will be notified within one business day.
USPS Shipping to a APO/FPO military address: All shipments being sent to a military address must be ordered by 11:59 p.m. ET Nov. 13. Please note: We can only ship items that fall within the US Post Office Size Limitations. Weight cannot exceed 70 pounds. Length + girth (distance around the thickest part of package) cannot exceed 108 inches. (Parcel Post cannot exceed 130 inches.) Because we cannot receive a guaranteed date of delivery from the US Post office we can only use the above date as a guide. As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via USPS.
Orders are ship via FedEx Ground. Orders that are valued over $500 require a signature upon delivery. If you need your order to be expedited you can choose from those options when checking out. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping.
Orders usually ship two business day after being placed if the items ordered are in stock. Additional time may be needed for items that are not in stock. You will be notified if items on your order are not in stock. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you include with your order after it has shipped. You will receive an email from us and the carrier.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
APO/FPO shipping: We appreciate the opportunity to support our overseas service members and their families and will gladly ship to an APO/FPO address. Please expect at least 7 to 14 additional days for the order to arrive and remember that circumstances beyond our control can possibly cause longer delays. If a package is lost, a claim cannot be filed until 45 days after the item has been shipped per the post office procedures. Please be aware that additional charges may apply on some APO/FPO orders.
In-Store Pickup Orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 4:00 pm the next day if received by 10:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 10:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Backorders - Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
Returns - If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will not be accepted. Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 269-756-2000 or emailing sales@mybikebmx.com. When returning an item to us, please make sure that it packaged securely before shipping. We are not responsible for damage incurred to an item during return shipping. We recommend that you purchase insurance when returning an item to us.
Restocking Fee - Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to orders returned unless the item is defective or damaged before receipt, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. Prices and Information We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and information in our on-line catalog. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
Although we strive to keep our site 100% accurate at all times, the occasional pricing error or typo may arise. We cannot honor most pricing errors, but we will do the best we can to make you happy. Please be aware that some items listed online may differ from the prices in store due to specials offered specifically on-line. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling us at 269-756-2000 or sending an e-mail to sales@mybiketinley.com. Product Availability All items are subject to availability. Site listings do not necessarily guarantee in-stock status. We strive to keep our site accurate at all times to reflect changes in stock, which is updated manually as needed.
White Glove Delivery Service - We are happy to announce our brand new White Glove delivery service, the first of it's kind in our industry. When you choose this option your new bike will be delivered to your doorstep fully assembled and adjusted. If you are within a 25 mile radius of our store this service is free of charge on bikes over $300 (we waive the $100 fee), if you are beyond that a $100 fee applies. We can deliver up to 4 bikes for one charge. We can only offer this service within a 100 mile radius of our stores and warehouses in Three Oaks, MI or Tinley Park, IL, if you are beyond that range extra fees apply. Delivery times may vary depending on bike model and our schedule, but this option is great if you are not comfortable assembling your new bike, or just don't have a rack to haul it around. This is also a great option for giving a bicycle as a gift. We'll even throw in a nice bow for you!
